The City of Huntington Beach is requesting proposals for on-call real estate appraisal services. The work under this contract includes, but is not limited to:
Preparing both form and written narrative appraisals for a variety of real property types, such as:
- Residential properties
- Commercial and industrial properties
- Easements
- Condemnation
- Rights-of-way
- Cellular operations lease/license valuations
- Ground leases
- Industry-specific market analyses
- Vacant land
All appraisal services must be performed independently and adhere strictly to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
This solicitation is issued by the City of Huntington Beach.
The City aims to establish a pre-qualified list of appraisers. Appraisers must have diverse skill sets, hold active and valid Certified General Appraiser licenses through the Office of Real Estate Appraisers (OREA), and possess the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.
To be considered, qualified appraisers must demonstrate experience in preparing both form and narrative appraisals for the property types listed above.
