Description

The Community Development Department of the City of Richmond, in collaboration with other departments, is seeking to establish a list of on-call financial services consultants who can provide timely on-call financial and economic analyses related to real property negotiations. The Consultant shall demonstrate skills and experience in providing market feasibility and analysis specific to commercial residential scenarios and redevelopment, including pro forma analysis of various redevelopment (such as housing), feasibility analyses based on specific market conditions and likely opportunities, and other miscellaneous economic and financial analyses.
