On-Call Cure-In-Place Pipe Sewer Line Rehabilitation and Closed-Circuit Television Inspections

Background
The City of San Buenaventura is issuing Request for Proposal No. P-130000810 for On-Call Cure-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) Sewer Line Rehabilitation and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) Inspection Services.
The City has a mission to maintain and improve its sewer collection systems, which consist of 330 miles of pipes ranging from 6 to 50 inches in diameter.
The goal of this contract is to rehabilitate sewer lines using the CIPP method and perform necessary CCTV inspections to ensure the integrity and functionality of the sewer system.

Work Details
The contractor will provide services including:
1. Cure-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation, which involves installing a resin-impregnated flexible tube into existing pipelines, curing it to form a tight-fitting liner.
2. Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) inspections to assess the condition of sewer lines before and after rehabilitation.
3. Chemical grout injection services for sealing joints and preventing infiltration, adhering to NASSCO PACP standards.
4. Traffic control measures during work, ensuring minimal disruption to public access.
5. Compliance with safety regulations including CAL-OSHA laws, maintaining safety certifications, and providing necessary training records.
6. Documentation of all repairs through records, drawings, or videos as required by the City.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will commence on July 1, 2025, and continue for one year, with options for four additional one-year renewals, not exceeding a total of five years.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed within the geographic boundaries of the City of San Buenaventura, California.
