OFFICE SPACE WANTED TO LEASE BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga The California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation is looking for approximately 13,952 nusf of Office space in the City of Ontario plus 4 EVCS and 56 parking spaces to Code. Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State plans, specifications, seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public transportation; and 4) Comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements. The State of California will, where cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate LEED or Energy Star compliance. Please refer to http://energystar.gov for further details. Background
The California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation is seeking to lease approximately 13,952 net usable square feet (nusf) of office space in the City of Ontario, California. This solicitation aims to fulfill the agency's need for suitable office facilities that comply with various safety and accessibility standards.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of office space that meets the following criteria:

1) The building must be asbestos hazard-free upon occupancy;
