Description

The City of Oakland is seeking a vendor to provide office furniture and installation in the amount not to exceed $1,000,000.00 (Million) dollars with a term 3-year period with an option to extend up to (2) years. This Request for Quotation and any subsequent blanket award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified below (Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid. Please, avoid mistakes, read the documents identified herein. Please see attached docs for specification and required schedules.

The City of Oakland is seeking a vendor to provide office furniture and installation services as part of its initiative to enhance the work environment for its employees.

Work Details
The vendor will be responsible for providing various types of office furniture and installation services.
Specific requirements include:
- Supply and installation of office desks, chairs, cubicles, conference tables, and other related furniture items as specified in the attached documents.
- The contract term is for three years with an option to extend for an additional two years.
