OEPM 26003 Emergency Generators

Background
The Office of Exposition Park Management (OEPM) is seeking bids for emergency generator services. This includes providing all labor, tools, materials, and travel time necessary for regularly scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on two emergency generators and associated automatic transfer switches (ATS). This solicitation is part of OEPM's commitment to ensuring operational readiness and reliability of critical power systems at Exposition Park in Los Angeles, California.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:
1. Performing regularly scheduled preventative maintenance on two emergency generators and ATS.
2. Conducting emergency repairs as needed.
3. Providing all necessary labor, tools, materials, transportation, and travel time for the execution of these services.

The contractor must have a C-10 Electrical contractor license maintained for a minimum of three years and provide references validating experience in similar services within the last three years.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence on July 1, 2026, and will run until June 30, 2029.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Office of Exposition Park Management located at 700 Exposition Park Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90037.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess a valid C-10 Electrical contractor license for at least three years. They are required to submit a Payee Data Record (Std. 204), proof of insurance as per Exhibit E requirements, and complete a Bidder Declaration Form (GSPD-05-105).

Bidders claiming Small Business or Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise status must provide current certification documentation.
