This Invitation for Bids (hereinafter IFB or Solicitation ) is being issued by the City and County of San Francisco Office of Contract Administration (hereinafter, OCA or City ). OCA, on behalf of the San Francisco Police Department, is seeking qualified suppliers ( Bidders ) to provide Bids for Scopes and Binoculars (please see Attachment 3 - Bid Sheet for Specifications) (Bids). Background
The City and County of San Francisco Office of Contract Administration (OCA) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) on behalf of the San Francisco Police Department. The purpose of this contract is to procure scopes and binoculars to support the operational needs of the police department.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:
1. SWAROVSKI ATX MODULE EYEPIECE - ANGLED #49901 or City Approved Equal, Quantity: 3
2. SWAROVSKI 65MM SPOTTING SCOPE MODULAR OBJECTIVE #48865 or City Approved Equal, Quantity: 3
3. SWAROVSKI NL PURE 10X42 GREEN BINOCULAR #36010 or City Approved Equal, Quantity: 3
4. BENRO MEFOTO ROADTRIP PRO CARBON FIBER TRIPOD or City Approved Equal, Quantity: 3.

All items must meet the specifications outlined in Attachment 3 - Bid Sheet for Specifications.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is from July 31, 2024, to August 8, 2024.
