OCA DBI | Reference Code Books

Background
The City and County of San Francisco Office of Contract Administration (OCA), on behalf of the Department of Building Inspection (DBI), is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to procure Reference Code Books.
The goal of this contract is to acquire essential reference materials that provide enforceable guidance for safety, consistency, and compliance in the 2025 code cycle.

The contractor will provide the following Reference Code Books in specified quantities:

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
All deliveries will be made to the San Francisco Department of Building Inspection located at 49 South Van Ness Avenue, Suite 460, San Francisco, CA 94103.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered as a Supplier through the Supplier Portal and have enrolled with Paymode-X for electronic payments.
Bidders claiming Local Business Enterprise (LBE) preference must be certified in relevant categories prior to bid submission.
