OCA AIR | 1/2 Ton Hybrid Crew Cab Pickup Trucks

Background
This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued by the City and County of San Francisco Office of Contract Administration (OCA) on behalf of San Francisco International Airport (SFO). The OCA seeks qualified suppliers to provide outfitted hybrid trucks, specifically 1/2 Ton Hybrid Crew Cab Pickup Trucks. Work Details
The contract involves providing 7 units of 2024 or current model year 1/2 Ton Hybrid Crew Cab Pickup Trucks as per the specifications outlined in Attachment 6 - Equipment Specifications.

Additionally, bidders must include a mandatory California tire tax of $8.75 per vehicle, which covers four tires and one spare tire for each vehicle. Bidders are required to submit a completed Bidder Questionnaire and evidence of past experience in similar sales.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period begins upon issuance of the Purchase Order, with delivery due by May 24, 2025.

Place of Performance
Delivery is to be made to 555 Selby Street, San Francisco, CA 94124.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be certified as a manufacturer’s dealer and licensed as a California DMV vehicle dealer for vehicle sales if the vehicle will be street legal in California. They must also provide two past invoices or contracts evidencing experience in similar sales. Compliance with local business enterprise requirements may apply.
