Site Address: 24031 El Toro Road, Laguna Hills, California 92653. A City Staff Member will direct and/or escort the Bidders around the Civic Center. Background
The City of Laguna Hills is seeking to retain the services of a qualified and experienced company to perform termite fumigation maintenance services at the Laguna Hills Civic Center.
The goal of this contract is to ensure effective pest control and maintenance of the facility, which is critical for the safety and usability of the Civic Center.
The contract will be awarded based on a combination of base and alternate bids, with an emphasis on selecting the best qualified vendor.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals necessary for termite fumigation services at the Laguna Hills Civic Center.
This includes preparatory work, fumigation, inspection, and reporting associated with termite abatement services.
The work must be completed after business hours on December 24, 2024, and must be finished before business hours on January 2, 2025.
Liquidated damages of $3,000 per hour will be assessed for any delays beyond the completion deadline.
The contractor must also comply with California's Prevailing Wage Laws as applicable to public works projects.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award on November 12, 2024, with fumigation services scheduled from December 25, 2024 through January 1, 2025.
The overall agreement may extend for three years from November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2027.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Laguna Hills Civic Center located at 24035 El Toro Road, Laguna Hills, CA 92653.
