Background
The County of Los Angeles is seeking to enter into a three-year agreement for the Nintex Brand-Automation K2 Enterprise Upgrade. This contract aims to enhance the County's automation capabilities, aligning with its mission to improve operational efficiency and service delivery through advanced technology solutions.

Work Details
The contractor will provide an upgrade to the Nintex K2 Enterprise platform, which includes:

1. Implementation of the latest Nintex software updates and features.
2. Training sessions for County staff on new functionalities.
3. Ongoing technical support and maintenance services throughout the contract duration.
4. Regular system performance assessments and optimization recommendations.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will last for three years, with specific milestones for implementation and training scheduled within the first six months.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed primarily at County facilities in Los Angeles, California, with potential remote support as needed.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in the County’s WebVen system prior to submitting a bid. Additionally, bidders are encouraged to subcontract portions of work to certified Small Business Enterprises (SBE), Local Small Business Enterprises (LSBE), Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE), Social Enterprises (SE), and Community Business Enterprises (CBE). All bids must include completed Appendix A forms and comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
