Background
Alachua County is located in North Central Florida and is governed by a Board of five elected County Commissioners. The County is seeking proposals for a comprehensive, fully integrated Human Capital Management (HCM) system including delivery, installation, integration with current systems, customization, data conversion, training, documentation and project management.
Work Details
The selected consultant will provide a fully hosted software as a service (SaaS) option for the Human Capital Management Replacement. The scope of the contract may include services such as Applicant Tracking System and Onboarding Tools, Employee Information Management, Employee Compensation and Benefits Administration, Advanced Reporting and HR Analytics, Performance and Talent Management, Leaves of Absence Tracking, New Hire and Termination Reporting, Benefits Administration, ACA Tracking, COBRA Administration, Self-Service, Learning and Knowledge Management.
The consultant should include a fee schedule in their proposal detailing installation of HCM Software, Customization of User Interface, Data Conversion, Training, documentation and project management, and Integration with current systems.
Period of Performance
The resulting agreement will be effective from the date of the fully executed agreement through September 30, 2026 unless earlier terminated. The County has the option to renew the agreement for two additional two-year periods at the same terms and conditions.
