New Current Production 4x4 Ford Explorer and 4x4 Chevy Traverse

Work Requested:
The County of Riverside is seeking quotations for the supply of the following vehicles for its Fleet Department:

• Two (2) New Current Production 4x4 Ford Explorers
• One (1) New Current Production 4x4 Chevy Traverse

Bidders may submit quotes for either or both vehicle types. The County will award contracts to the lowest responsive bidder for each make/model quoted; this is not an all-or-nothing award.

Requesting Entity:
The solicitation is issued by the County of Riverside Purchasing on behalf of the County Fleet Department.

Background:
This Request for Quotation (RFQ #PUARC-1761) is intended to procure new, current production 4x4 Ford Explorers and Chevy Traverse vehicles for immediate use by the County Fleet Department. The County prefers vehicles that are currently available in the bidder's inventory and ready for immediate delivery. Off the lot options will be given priority if available.

Contract Requirements:

• Vehicles must be new, current production models.
• Vehicles must be 4x4 Ford Explorer and/or 4x4 Chevy Traverse as specified.
• Vehicles must be available in the bidder's inventory for immediate delivery.
• Bidders are encouraged to submit their best pricing as there will be no further negotiations on cost.

• Release of RFQ: 2/25/2026
• Deadline for Submission of Questions: All questions must be submitted online at PublicPurchase.com under the correct RFQ by 3/2/2026 at 1:30 PM Pacific Time.
• Deadline for Quotation Submittal: Quotations must be submitted by 3/4/2026 at 1:30 PM Pacific Time. Bid results will be posted on PublicPurchase.com.
• Tentative Date for Awarding Contract: 5-90 days after bid opening, contingent upon the lowest bidder meeting all bid specifications.
