The City of Los Angeles Harbor Department is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide municipal financial advisory services. Work Details

5) Other Advisory Services: Monitor investments held by bond trustees, review existing financial policies, assist with marine terminal leases, and provide advice on financing vehicles for capital improvement plans.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to last three years from the date of execution.

Services will be performed at locations relevant to the operations of the Los Angeles Harbor Department.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a Municipal Advisor.
