The selected Developer will be responsible for all aspects of project planning, design, entitlement, environmental review, financing, construction, and management. Specific services include:
- Preparing a detailed development program;
- Conducting due diligence on site conditions;
- Preparing conceptual architectural designs;
- Developing a financial pro forma;
- Ensuring compliance with CEQA and other regulations;
- Managing construction processes;
