Moreno Valley Regional Water Reclamation Facility Plant 2A Rehabilitation

Background
The Moreno Valley Regional Water Reclamation Facility (RWRF) is managed by the Eastern Municipal Water District, responsible for treating domestic and industrial wastewater. The goal of this contract is to rehabilitate Plant 2A of the facility to enhance its operational capabilities and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following construction tasks as part of the Moreno Valley RWRF Plant 2A Rehabilitation project:

1. Rehabilitation of the Plant 2A Aeration Basins;
2. Rehabilitation of the Plant 2 Secondary Clarifiers 1 and 2;
3. Modifications to the existing Influent Pump Station (IPS);
4. Installation of new buried and overhead pipelines to convey process flows;
5. Associated site civil improvements;
6. Electrical, instrumentation, and control system modifications;
7. Control integration services by a qualified integrator.

All work must comply with specified technical requirements and contract drawings.

Period of Performance
The project is scheduled to commence in June 2025, with specific timelines for each phase outlined in the contract documents.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Moreno Valley Regional Water Reclamation Facility located at 17140 Kitching Street, Moreno Valley, CA 92588.

Bidder Requirements
