Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in the County’s WebVen system and comply with all local business regulations. They are encouraged to subcontract portions of the work to certified Small Business Enterprises (SBE), Local Small Business Enterprises (LSBE), Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE), Social Enterprises (SE), and Community Business Enterprises (CBE).

All bids must include completed Appendix A forms, including Proposer’s Organization Questionnaire/Affidavit and Certification of Compliance.
