Background
The Cosumnes Community Services District is seeking proposals for a combined Membership Management Software (MMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software program. The MMS/CRM software will be used for existing District fitness programs in 2024, then for memberships and fitness programs at CORE Recreation Center (CORE) which opens in early 2025.
Work Details
The MMS/CRM software must support membership management, automated billing and delinquent account follow up, facility scheduling, personal training appointments, and report generation.
The CRM tool should maximize engagement with both leads and members to attract, sell, and retain members. The CORE Recreation Center is a 59,000 square-foot multi-purpose facility with various amenities such as group fitness studios, strength and cardio equipment, functional training areas, indoor track, outdoor turf, and two gyms. It will offer fitness workouts, group exercise classes, pickleball play, outdoor workouts, sports classes, leagues, and tournaments. The MMS/CRM software should include Application Programming Interface (API) functionality for data-sharing with ActiveNet.
Period of Performance
The contract period is from March-April 2024 for the proposal process.
The implementation of the software is expected to begin in mid-May 2024.
