Description

The City of Carson is requesting proposals from qualified firms to perform the following work for its Mini Park Video Surveillance System Installation project:

  • Design of video surveillance systems for four (4) City-owned mini parks
  • Furnishing and delivery of all necessary equipment and materials
  • Installation and configuration of the surveillance systems
  • Testing and commissioning of the installed systems
  • Training of City personnel on system use
  • Provision of warranty support and related services

The goal of this project is to expand the City's existing security camera infrastructure by installing new surveillance systems that can transmit both live and recorded video streams to the City's central video management platform located at City Hall.

This solicitation is issued by the City of Carson.

The contract is intended to enhance public safety and security at the City's mini parks by integrating new surveillance technology with the City's current security infrastructure.

Contract requirements include the successful design, furnishing, delivery, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, training, and warranty support for the video surveillance systems at the specified locations.

Upon successful submission, Bidders will receive a confirmation number and time stamp from the system. Only bids with a confirmed electronic submission will be accepted. All e-bids remain sealed and are not viewable by the City until the designated bid closing date and time.
