- Coordination with the City Manager’s Office for programming schedules and meeting production logistics.
- Production of approximately six live City meeting broadcasts per month, including City Council, Planning and Design Commission, and Historic Resource Commission meetings.
- Live streaming services for meetings on the City’s website and other platforms.
- Management of audio-visual equipment in City Council Chambers.
- Support for accessibility measures related to SB 707 compliance.
2. **Ad Hoc Video Programming and Production**:
- Production of public service announcements (PSAs), event coverage, and informational programming.
- Creation of digital calendars or community event programming as requested.
- Maintenance of a digital video library of completed programming.
3. **Photography Support**:
- On-call photography services for various City events, including meetings, ceremonies, and community activities.
- Photo editing and submission of finished images in acceptable formats.
Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for an initial term of three years, with an option to extend for two additional years upon mutual agreement.

Services will be performed primarily within the geographic boundaries of Coronado, California.
