Meadow Glen Balcony Repairs

The work of this contract involves repairing existing balconies at the property located at 605 E. Coolidge Ave, Modesto, CA, in Stanislaus County. The repairs must match the existing balconies and include all associated exterior repairs, replacements, and related exterior work. The Contractor is responsible for furnishing all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supplies required to complete the repairs. The Stanislaus Regional Housing Authority (Authority) is requesting bids from qualified Contractors for this project. The Contractor must obtain all required approvals and permitting through the local governing agency; all fees for these permits will be paid by the Authority. All work must comply with applicable local and state codes and regulations.
