MASTER AGREEMENT FOR SEXUAL ASSAULT KITS- T-Specs

Background
The Los Angeles County Internal Services Department is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB-IS-26200438-1) for a Master Agreement for Sexual Assault Kits - T-Specs.
The purpose of this contract is to procure sexual assault kits that meet specific technical specifications to support law enforcement and healthcare providers in addressing sexual assault cases effectively.

Bidders are required to submit a complete bid, including all necessary documentation and attachments as specified in Appendix A – Purchasing Required Forms.
The solicitation emphasizes the importance of compliance with specifications, including the requirement for bidders to indicate if their offer meets the stated specifications or if they are proposing an alternate product.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon award and will continue until all products are delivered and accepted by the County.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must register in the County’s WebVen system and provide all required certifications, including compliance with child support obligations and adherence to local business enterprise programs.
Bidders are encouraged to subcontract portions of work to Small Business Enterprises (SBE), Local Small Business Enterprises (LSBE), Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE), Social Enterprises (SE), and Community Business Enterprises (CBE).
All bids must include completed forms from Appendix A, and any incomplete submissions may be deemed non-responsive.
