Management, Operation, And Maintenance Of El Cariso Golf Course Lakewood Country Club And Tennis Center Victoria Golf Course

Background
The County of Los Angeles, Department of Parks and Recreation is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the management, operation, and maintenance of the El Cariso Golf Course, Lakewood Country Club and Tennis Center, and Victoria Golf Course.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the effective management and operation of these facilities to enhance community access to recreational activities.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following services:
1. Management of all operations at El Cariso Golf Course, Lakewood Country Club and Tennis Center, and Victoria Golf Course.
2. Maintenance of golf course facilities including greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and practice areas.
3. Provision of food and beverage services at the facilities.
4. Coordination of golf tournaments and events.
5. Management of staff including hiring, training, and scheduling personnel.
6. Financial management including budgeting, accounting, and reporting on revenues and expenses related to the operations.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of five years from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at three locations: El Cariso Golf Course in Sylmar, Lakewood Country Club in Lakewood, and Victoria Golf Course in Carson.
