Background
The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) is seeking a qualified Managed Security Operations Center (MSOC) Service Provider to enhance its Cybersecurity Operations Center (CSOC).
The goal of this contract is to support the transformation of the CSOC into a more advanced and comprehensive cybersecurity operations model. This project is funded through state and local sources and is subject to fiscal year funding availability.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary services, including management, labor, materials, and related items required for the performance of the contract.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to:
- Supporting the transformation of the CSOC into a mature cybersecurity operations model as detailed in Exhibit A.
- Providing services on a Firm Fixed Price basis for a term of three years with an option for an additional two years.
- Proposals must include a Technical Proposal, Certification Forms, Cost Proposal (including pricing schedule), and DEOD Forms.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of three years with one optional two-year extension, contingent upon fiscal year funding availability.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at locations designated by LACMTA within Los Angeles County.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must comply with LACMTA's Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) program requirements.
There is no specific SBE/DVBE subcontracting goal set for this project; however, maximum opportunities should be afforded to SBE/DVBE firms during the solicitation process.
Proposers must submit completed SBE/DVBE forms as part of their proposal.
