Louis Park Boat Launch Project

The City of Stockton is seeking sealed bids from qualified companies or individuals to provide engineering and construction services for the improvement of the Louis Park Boat Launch Facility, as part of Phase Two of the project. The scope of work includes:

• Enhancing the existing launch area
• Adding non-motorized components to the facility

This project is fully funded by a grant from the Department of Boating and Waterways.

The solicitation is issued by the City of Stockton, California.

The background of this contract is based on the City receiving a grant from the Department of Boating and Waterways to improve the Louis Park Boat Launch Facility, specifically to upgrade the launch area and incorporate non-motorized elements.

Contract requirements include strict adherence to the provided specifications. All bidders must be licensed in accordance with applicable California State Law.

To submit a bid:

• Bids must be clearly marked as PUR 26-021 LOUIS PARK BOAT LAUNCH PROJECT PHASE TWO March 12, 2026 BID .
• Submit bids either by mail or in-person, in a sealed envelope or on a USB drive, to the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 425 North El Dorado Street, Stockton, CA 95202.
• Bids must be received no later than 2:00 pm (PST) on Thursday, March 12, 2026.

A non-mandatory job walk will take place on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 9:00 am (PST) at 3121 Monte Diablo Ave, Stockton, CA 95203. Late arrivals will not be admitted.

The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids received.
