The County of Riverside Purchasing on behalf of Facilities Management is soliciting quotations for Lighting Supplies and Materials as detailed in this RFQ. Facilities Management provides lighting supplies to over 300 buildings throughout Riverside County. The Riverside County Department of Facilities Management oversees the maintenance and operations of over 14 million square feet of county-owned and leased facilities across 7,200 square miles. These facilities encompass a diverse range of environments, including administrative offices, public service centers, and community spaces. To ensure these facilities remain safe, functional, and welcoming, the department requires a consistent supply of lighting products. Qualified vendors shall provide and deliver high-quality light supplies and material. This includes, but is not limited to, lighting supplies, lighting equipment, connectors, cable ties, fasteners, emergency lighting, signs, commercial fixtures, industrial fixtures, accessories, LED fixtures, switches, sensors, ballasts, fluorescent lighting supplies, LED lighting supplies, batteries, and incandescent supplies and related accessories. Reliable lighting is essential not only for daily operations but also for energy efficiency and compliance with safety standards. Bidders are encouraged to submit their best price initially as County may award without negotiations. Product line item pricing will be completed in the Exhibit B Payment Provision spreadsheet on the bid response page on PublicPurchasse.com for this RFQ. Estimated Annual Usage Quantities are based on historic ordering and quantities are not guaranteed for future orders. Bidder may provide quantity order discounts and the additional information should be uploaded to the General Documents section of the response page. Freight charges will be allowed during the contract period on a per order basis. Department representatives may call to request freight quotes prior to ordering or orders may be processed on a prepaid and add basis. ALL deliveries will be FOB Destination. Delivery locations will be throughout the County as requested by using departments. SAMPLES MAY BE REQUESTED BY COUNTY END USERS DURING THE EVALUATION PHASE PRIOR TO AWARD. Bidders will be notified of a request for sample, if needed, after bid closing and prior to an award offering.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be for one (1) year with the option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year terms.
Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made throughout Riverside County as requested by using departments.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered with the County of Riverside within five days of announced award to avoid delays in purchasing and payment processes. Bidders must provide proof of insurance coverage and limits as specified in the RFQ. The County reserves the right to apply a five percent (5%) preference to bids from Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses or Local/Small Businesses.
