Background
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for the Consolidated Computer Purchase Program (CCPP) to procure Lenovo computers, laptops, and monitors.

The CCPP aims to standardize computer purchases across various departments, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency in procurement. The program is designed to leverage economies of scale by consolidating purchases and establishing a limited number of technical configurations based on countywide requirements.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of Lenovo computers, laptops, and monitors that meet specific technical requirements outlined in Attachment 1 – Technical Specifications: Product List and Pricing.

Bidders must demonstrate their capability to supply large volumes of equipment for enterprise-wide deployments and provide dedicated support personnel. Additionally, bidders are required to acknowledge familiarity with the CCPP purpose and background, comply with EPEAT Bronze requirements for environmental standards, and participate in the Self Maintainer Service Program which includes online training for county technicians.

Period of Performance
The contract will be executed over a period of 12 months from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The delivery locations will be specified by the County's ordering department within Los Angeles County.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have a sales office located in the United States and possess at least three years of experience providing similar equipment to government clients.

They must also provide three verifiable references from U.S. state or local government customers. Bidders must complete all required forms including the Minimum Mandatory Requirement Affidavit/Questionnaire, Vendor Contact Form, Vendor Reference Form, and acknowledgment forms related to EPEAT compliance and the Self Maintainer Program.
