Landscape Maintenance Services Facilities

The City of Upland is seeking proposals from highly qualified landscape firms to provide both landscape maintenance and landscape installation services for approximately 7.5 acres of landscaped areas at City Facilities. This work is being requested by the Public Works Department, which oversees the maintenance of these landscaped areas to ensure they remain in optimal condition. The contract will cover all aspects of landscape maintenance as well as installations as needed, requiring firms with demonstrated expertise in both areas. Proposals must be submitted in sealed form as part of this Request for Proposals process.
