Lake Gregory Sitewide Sediment Project

Background
The Lake Gregory Sitewide Sediment Management Project is initiated by the San Bernardino County Department of Public Works - Special Districts. The project aims to manage sediment accumulation in Lake Gregory Regional Park, enhancing the park's recreational areas and ecological health.

It is part of a broader effort to maintain and improve public park facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to complete the project. Key tasks include:
1. Improvements to the Swim Beach area involving dredging, regrading, and placement of a permanent in-water barrier.
2. Enhancements to South Beach and San Moritz Channel/Basins through dredging and regrading.
3. Modifications to various lake inlet locations along the lake perimeter with the addition of headwall structures and rip rap at select inlets as detailed in the Bid Documents including Plans and Specifications.

Period of Performance
The contract work must be completed within 365 calendar days after the issuance of the 'Notice to Proceed'.

Place of Performance
The project will be performed at Lake Gregory Regional Park located at 24171 Lake Drive, Crestline, CA 92325.
