Background

The contract includes the provision of a wide range of janitorial supplies, specifically: chemicals, utensils, floor care products, paper products, janitorial liners, miscellaneous items, and shank-free correctional tools.

Detailed specifications for each product category are provided in the quotation schedule spanning pages thirteen through twenty-five. The estimated usage quantities are based on the previous 12 months but do not guarantee total purchases during the contract period.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a thirty-six-month period from the date of award.

Place of Performance
Delivery locations include various addresses throughout the East & West Slopes of El Dorado County, with general zip codes being 95667, 95619, 95672, 95682 & 96150.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess a valid California Seller's Permit at the time of bidding and maintain it throughout the awarded period. They must also provide two client references comparable to El Dorado County and indicate their online ordering capabilities.

Additionally, bidders claiming local vendor preference must submit an Affidavit of Eligibility with their bid response.
