Description

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary to perform Janitorial Services for STARBASE San Luis Obispo located at 703 Ventura Ave., San Luis Obispo, CA 93405 for a period of 36 months to begin on or around February 1, 2025, in accordance with the technical specifications. The Contract Manager (CM) for this service is Darlene Chavez, at darlene.chavez@cmd.ca.gov or the Alternate CM, Chad Wright at (916) 516-2052 or chad.wright@cmd.ca.gov. This project does require contractors to attend a mandatory job walk to be considered eligible to bid. The job walk will take place on October 22, 2024, 9:00 A.M. at STARBASE San Luis Obispo. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Jordan Bernal, at jordan.bernal@cmd.ca.gov no later than 10:00 A.M., October 25, 2024. The bid opening will be held on November 1, 2024, at 10:00 A.M.
Background

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits, and fees necessary to perform janitorial services for STARBASE San Luis Obispo. This includes but is not limited to:

- Regular cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas
- Waste disposal
- Dusting and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintaining cleanliness in accordance with technical specifications outlined in Section 4 of the IFB.

The contractor must provide qualified personnel skilled in janitorial work who will execute tasks in a careful and proficient manner.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 36 months, beginning on or around February 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at STARBASE San Luis Obispo located at 703 Ventura Ave., San Luis Obispo, CA 93405.
