Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet specific qualifications including: possession of a valid Business License; a California State Licensing Board (CSLB) C-8 Concrete Contractor license; registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR); proof of liability insurance; and compliance with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation requirements of at least 5%.
