Invitation for Bid #S02912442 Multi-Sectional Modular Building Rental

Background
The California Prison Industry Authority (CALPIA) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. S02912442 for the rental of a multi-sectional modular building to serve as administration offices at the California Institution for Men located in Chino, California.
The goal of this contract is to provide adequate office space that meets the operational needs of CALPIA while adhering to state regulations and standards.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a multi-sectional modular building rental that includes:
- One (1) 48 x 60’ mobile office with restrooms
- Two (2) standard restrooms
- Ten (10) office rooms with an 8’ ceiling height
- Interior finishes including vinyl wrapped walls and vinyl composite tile flooring
- Electrical installations including ceiling lights and breaker panels
- Windows and doors as specified, including horizontal sliding windows and painted steel exterior doors
- Heating and cooling systems with ducted supply and return
- Exterior finishes using LP SmartPanel siding with specific color requirements.
The contractor is responsible for delivery, installation, dismantling, removal, and return of the modular building at lease end.

Period of Performance
The anticipated contract term is two (2) years, starting from May 1, 2025, following the successful bid award.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the California Institution for Men located at 6101 E. Facility Drive, Chino, CA 91710.
