Invitation for Bid - IFB A2414356 - Paper / Cardboard Recycling Collection and Removal

Background
The California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) is seeking qualified contractors to provide paper and cardboard recycling materials collection and removal services. This initiative aims to support environmental sustainability efforts by ensuring proper recycling practices at multiple locations in the Sacramento area.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for collecting and processing recyclable materials from designated Cal OES areas, which include:
1. 601 Sequoia Pacific Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95811 (PSCHQ)
2. 630 Sequoia Pacific Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95811 (PSC)
3. 600 N. 5th Street, Sacramento, CA 95811
4. 650 N. 5th Street, Sacramento, CA 95811.

The contractor must meet all required licenses and certifications necessary to perform these services as outlined in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract will commence on April 1, 2025, or upon approval by the Department of General Services (DGS), whichever is later, and will continue through March 31, 2028.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at four designated locations in Sacramento, California.
