Imprivata Single Sign On Software Licensing

Background
San Bernardino County, on behalf of Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC), is seeking proposals for Imprivata, Inc. Single Sign-On Software Licensing. ARMC is a 456-bed acute care facility that provides a range of inpatient and outpatient services, including emergency care for approximately 130,460 residents annually.

The goal of this contract is to enhance security and efficiency in accessing medical systems through single sign-on technology.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services and products:
1. Software licenses for Single Sign-On (SSO) for 7000 users, including OneSign SSO Annual Premium Maintenance SSO/AM, SSPW & VDA.
2. 60 FBID licenses.
3. 565 ConfirmID for EPCS Clinical Workflows + Hands-Free Authentication Bundle Premium Support Licenses.
4. 1 Imprivata Connector for Epic Hyperspace.
5. 25 OneSpan License Premium Support.

Additionally, the contractor must ensure warranties, licensing, maintenance, change orders and modifications, extension or renewal, and correction of performance deficiencies.

Period of Performance
The contract period will be for a maximum of five (5) years beginning on the date an agreement is signed by the Board of Supervisors or its designee.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center located at 400 North Pepper Avenue, Colton, CA 92324.
