The contract is expected to commence on June 1, 2026 (estimate) or upon approval by Caltrans, whichever is later. The work must be completed within 60 business days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The contract will expire on May 31, 2027 (estimate).

They must also have a current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Additionally, bidders are encouraged to meet a minimum participation requirement of three percent (3%) for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE) and comply with small business participation goals as outlined in Executive Order S-02-06.
