IFB #R005299 Narrow-Aisle Reach Truck, Sit-Down Rider Truck, and Rider Pallet Truck Forklifts

Background
The California State Lottery (Lottery) is seeking qualified vendors to supply two (2) Narrow-Aisle Reach Trucks, one (1) Sit-Down Rider Truck, and one (1) Rider Pallet Truck Forklifts. The goal of this contract is to enhance the operational efficiency of the Lottery's distribution centers by providing modern and reliable forklift equipment. The forklifts must meet specific manufacturing standards and be delivered by June 30, 2026.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of the following forklifts:

- Two (2) Narrow-Aisle Reach Trucks with a capacity of 3,200 lbs, powered by a standard lead acid battery, with a lift height of 240 inches. Additional specified features include an overhead guard height of 95 inches and a travel alarm.

- One (1) Sit-Down Rider Truck with a capacity of 3,000 lbs, also powered by a standard lead acid battery, with a lift height of 172 inches and features such as front work lights.

- One (1) Rider Pallet Truck with a capacity of 6,000 lbs, powered by a standard lead acid battery and equipped with power steering. All equipment must be new and include at least a one-year warranty. A pre-delivery inspection is required.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from the date of award until June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
The forklifts will be delivered to two locations:

1. Northern Distribution Center - 2920 Ramco Street #110, West Sacramento, CA 95690
2. Southern Distribution Center - 9109 E. 8th Street, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be legally authorized to do business in California and capable of delivering the specified forklifts before June 30, 2026. They are also required to resolve any product or warranty issues that may arise.
