Background
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is seeking professional janitorial services for their 12,700 square-foot office building located at 7329 Silverado Trail, Napa, CA 94558. The purpose of this contract is to provide a clean, sanitary, and aesthetically pleasing working environment for CDFW employees and optimize the longevity and general condition of the building.

Work Details
The Contractor will provide janitorial services one day every other week on Wednesday between the hours of 5:00pm and 9:00pm, except on holidays. The services include emptying and cleaning all trash and recycling containers, sweeping or dust mopping all hard floor spaces, shampooing/steam cleaning all carpeted areas twice a year, vacuuming all carpeted areas, cleaning and maintaining restrooms and shower areas in a sanitary and odor-free condition, cleaning the kitchen, lobby, hallways, janitor room, windows inside and outside twice a year, waxing and machine buffing the floors twice a year.
Providing all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, cleaning supplies including Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), ensuring staff assigned to work check that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the facility.
Maintaining monthly checklists showing each scheduled day’s tasks accomplished.
Providing security by not allowing building access after doors have been locked by CDFW staff at the close of business unless access to the building is with a key.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2026.

The services will be performed at 7329 Silverado Trail, Napa, CA 94558.
