IFB No. 127781 Waterline Repair, Yuba City Armory

Background
The California Military Department (CMD) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. 127781 for the purpose of repairing the waterline at the Yuba City Armory. Work Details
The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees necessary to repair the waterline as outlined in the Statement of Work. The work must be completed within 60 calendar days from the notice to proceed. The prime contractor must possess a valid C-36 Plumbing Contractor license, A General Engineering license, or B General Contractor license issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid job walk on April 20, 2026. The prime contractor must have a valid business license and be in good standing in California or their respective state if based outside California. Bidders are required to submit a bid bond if their bid exceeds $24,999.99. Additionally, bidders must comply with DVBE participation goals of 5% and meet small business participation requirements as outlined in Government Code Section 14838.
