IFB No 127397 Roof Replacement - Riverside National Guard Field Maintenance Shop

Background
The California Military Department is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. 127397 for the Roof Replacement at the Riverside National Guard Field Maintenance Shop.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees required to complete the roof replacement work.

The project must be completed within 180 calendar days from the start date.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess a B - General Building Contractor or a C-39 Roofing Contractors license issued by the State of California.
Additionally, contractors must have a C-22 Asbestos Abatement license or subcontract to a C-22 contractor for any asbestos abatement work.
Bidders are required to meet DVBE participation goals of 5% and comply with California's Small Business participation goal of 25%.
All bidders must also be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and submit a bid bond if their bid exceeds $24,999.99.
