IFB No. 115611 "As Needed" Electrical T&M Services

Background
The Employment Development Department (EDD) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. 115611 for 'As Needed' Electrical Time and Materials (T&M) Services at its facilities located in Sacramento and Yolo Counties.

The goal of this contract is to provide electrical services as needed, ensuring that the facilities are maintained in a safe and operational condition.

Work Details
The contractor will provide various electrical services including: inspections pertaining to electrical services, electrical consultation/planning, completion of electrical work orders, emergency electrical repairs, and repairs normally not exceeding two work days per task.

The contractor must identify and report any safety hazards or faulty equipment encountered during work. All work must comply with applicable codes, regulations, and ordinances. Specific tasks may include furnishing/installing ballasts, dedicated circuits, duplex/quadplex outlets, electrical subpanels, switches, repairing/replacing lighting fixtures, servicing lighting timers, and installing conduit.

The contractor must have a valid C-10 license and ensure that all materials used are new unless specified otherwise.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028.

The services will be performed at the EDD facilities located at:
- 1733 W Sports Drive, Sacramento, CA 95834
- 3704 Parkway Place, West Sacramento, CA 95691.
