Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, parts incidentals, travel, traffic control, disposal and equipment, necessary to provide Guardrail Services to Caltrans, as described in this Agreement. Bidder must have at time of bid submittal and for the duration of the contract, a valid, current Class A General Engineering license, OR a C13 Fencing Contractor license, OR a C32 Parking and Highway Improvement Contractor license issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB) for the guardrail work to be performed. If the Prime Contractor has a Class A General Engineering Contractor license, it may perform traffic control work. If Prime Contractor has a C13 Fencing Contractor license or a C32 Parking and Highway Improvement Contractor license, it must also have a C31 Construction Zone Traffic Control Contractor license. If traffic control work is subcontracted, the subcontractor shall have a valid C31 Construction Zone Traffic Control Contractor license issue by CSLB. Bidder and subcontractor(s) shall possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Caltrans will verify bidder s DIR registration, it is not necessary to provide a copy.
Background
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is seeking Guardrail Services in San Diego County. The purpose of the contract is for the contractor to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, parts incidentals, travel, traffic control, disposal and equipment necessary to provide Guardrail Services to Caltrans.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide Guardrail Services as described in the Agreement. The services include furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, tools, parts incidentals, travel, traffic control, disposal and equipment necessary for the project. The bidder and subcontractor(s) are required to possess a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Additionally, the contractor must have a valid Class A General Engineering license, OR a C13 Fencing Contractor license, OR a C32 Parking and Highway Improvement Contractor license issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB) for the guardrail work to be performed.
If traffic control work is subcontracted, the subcontractor shall have a valid C31 Construction Zone Traffic Control Contractor license issue by CSLB.
