Background
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) Number 25C575000 for flooring maintenance services at the Altadena Area Office.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing Quarterly Waxing and Annual Stripping Maintenance Services as detailed in Exhibit A entitled 'Scope of Work'. This includes:
1. Quarterly waxing of all vinyl and tile floors;
2. Annual stripping and refinishing of floors;
3. Use of appropriate materials and equipment;
4. Compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations;
5. Coordination with CHP staff to minimize disruption during service.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for this contract is from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2028, with the possibility of extensions based on satisfactory performance and funding availability.
