Background
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids for Roof Maintenance Services. The CHP intends to make a single agreement award to the responsive and responsible firm offering the lowest bid.

Work Details
The services to be provided include roof maintenance services as detailed in Exhibit A, which contains a detailed description of the services and work to be performed.
The tentative time schedule for this IFB includes the bid due date, walk-through, questions due date, bid opening, and proposed start date of the agreement.
The resulting agreement is anticipated to be effective from November 1, 2024, through October 31, 2027.
The term of the resulting agreement may change if CHP makes an award earlier than expected or if CHP cannot execute the agreement in a timely manner due to unforeseen delays.
