IFB 24-41033-000 Lionville Maintenance and Repair Services

Background
The Department of State Hospitals (DSH) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) number 24-41033-000 for Lionville Medication Cart Maintenance and Repair Services. DSH's mission includes providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs. This contract aims to ensure the proper maintenance and repair of medication carts used in their facilities, maintaining operational efficiency and safety in medication delivery.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, insurance, and personnel to perform Lionville Medication Cart Maintenance and Repair Services on an as-needed basis, up to eight (8) hours per day. Bidders must review the minimum qualifications and detailed Scope of Work located in Attachment 15 of the solicitation document.

Period of Performance
The anticipated term of the agreement resulting from this IFB is from March 17, 2025, through March 16, 2028. All performance under the agreement must be completed by the termination date.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Department of State Hospitals located in Napa, California.
