IFB 24-11 Pressure Washing Services

Background
The Superior Court of California, County of San Bernardino is seeking bids from qualified individuals or entities to provide pressure washing services for hardscape areas. The anticipated award type is a Firm Fixed Price contract for a duration of three years. This initiative aims to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of court facilities, ensuring they are presentable for public use.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary labor, vehicles, chemicals, hoses, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision to perform hardscape pressure washing services at specified court locations. Services include:
- Cleaning all hardscape areas free of dirt, stains, gum, oil, tar, and food residue to ensure a high-quality appearance after each visit.
- Locations include the San Bernardino Justice Center and the Historic Courthouse and Annex Building.
- Hardscape areas to be cleaned include sidewalks, walkways, stairs, concrete seating areas, pavers in designated areas, and aluminum benches.
- The contractor must report any challenges encountered during service and provide recommendations for ongoing maintenance.
- Services will be conducted every two months (up to six times per year) during non-business hours or at mutually agreed times.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to start on August 1, 2025 and end on July 30, 2026 if all options are exercised.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the following locations:
- San Bernardino Justice Center: 247 West 3rd St., San Bernardino, CA 92415
- Historic Courthouse and Annex Building: 351 North Arrowhead Ave., San Bernardino, CA 92415.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid job walk on June 10, 2025. Bidders are required to submit a Bidder Declaration if they wish to claim the Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) incentive associated with this solicitation. All bidders must comply with applicable laws and regulations governing pressure washing services.
