The cleaning schedule includes:
- Weekly service on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
- Monthly service including thorough dusting and reconditioning of floors
- Quarterly indoor carpet steam cleaning
The State requires that all paper products supplied under this contract be made of recycled content papers with a minimum of thirty percent postconsumer fiber by weight.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from May 1, 2024 (or upon final Department of General Services/Office of Legal Services approval) through April 30, 2025. There is an option to renew the agreement for two additional one-year terms if needed.
