IFB #115215 As-Needed Roof Repair Services

Background
The Employment Development Department (EDD) of California is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. 115215 for 'As-Needed' Roof Repair Services at their facility located at 606 Healdsburg Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA 95401.

The contract aims to ensure the maintenance and repair of the roofing system to support the operational integrity of the facility.

Work Details
The contractor will provide various roof repair services including: inspections pertaining to roof repair work orders, consultation on methods to achieve intended results, completion of repair work orders as directed by the EDD Representative, and identification and reporting of safety hazards or faulty equipment.

Specific tasks include analyzing and verifying damaged roofs, repairing leaks with appropriate materials (e.g., polyurethane foam, sealants), minor structural repairs, patching roofs, repairing vents and flashing, cleaning gutters, and general maintenance. All work must comply with applicable building codes and regulations. The contractor must hold a valid C-39 State Contractor’s License.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027.

Place of Performance
All services will be performed at the EDD facility located at 606 Healdsburg Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA 95401.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess a valid C-39 State Contractor’s License and comply with all local ordinances and state laws regarding labor on public buildings.

Additionally, bidders are required to submit several documents including a Cost Proposal, Bidder Declaration, Payee Data Record (STD 204), and proof of registration with the California Secretary of State if applicable. The EDD reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
