The California Department of Water Resources (DWR) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) number 10218122 for Industrial Hygiene and Hazardous Material Remediation Services. Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) Program participation requirements with a minimum commitment of three percent (3.0%). Bidders must be registered as a Public Works Contractor with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). They must hold valid licenses including:
- Class A (General Engineering) License from the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB)
- Hazardous Materials Transportation License from CHP
- Hazardous Materials Certificate from DOT
- Hazardous Waste Transporter Registration from DTSC
- ABIH Certification for Certified Industrial Hygienists on staff.
Bidders are also required to submit resumes for key personnel meeting specified experience levels.
