Background
The State of California, through the Department of Water Resources (DWR), is seeking bids for 24-hour telephone answering services to support the Flood Operations Center.
This service is crucial for providing flood emergency assistance to the public and various agencies within California.
The contract aims to ensure that the public can access timely information and assistance during flood emergencies.

Work Details
The Contractor will provide comprehensive 24-hour telephone answering services, which includes:
1. Handling incoming calls related to flood emergencies.
2. Providing accurate information and assistance to callers, including directing them to appropriate resources or agencies as needed.
3. Maintaining availability 24/7 throughout the year, ensuring no gaps in service.
4. Utilizing all necessary equipment and supplies to perform these services efficiently.

Period of Performance
The anticipated term of this agreement is three (3) years, starting from July 2025.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed virtually or at the Contractor’s office.
